Allen Schuler started his unique building company with the belief that "The Customer Comes First."

That's hard to do all the time, but every effort is made in this family owned and managed company. They are able to offer a different twist due to past financial experience and the ability to advise their clients in matters of finance to make the best deal and best tax advantage for their clients. When asked, Allen says "We try our darnedest to build each of homes the way we would build our own, but still allow the client to 'Have it their way.' This takes a lot of time with the client by me and my family, but the end result is a home we and the client are proud of. I dare say we build each home as unique as the individual owners, we've never built the same home twice. It's not unusual for us to sit down with our client when all they have is a rough sketch. We then do preliminary drawings and pricing, then fine tune the plan for their desires. A lot of work but a lot of fun."

David Schuler is a second-generation homebuilder. David has been educated on every aspect of homebuilding by working with his father Allen since 1990. David started out cleaning job sites and advanced to project manager and is now a partner in ASB, LLC.

David's education continues with numerous classes at the Home Builders Association of Louisville and Southern Indiana. With his education and experience he is a Registered Builder with the Home Builders Association of Southern Indiana. He has and continues to build numerous award winning and innovative homes in HBASI's HomeExpo.

He also holds an Indiana Real Estate Sales Person License.

David's philosophy is similar to Allen's, treat your customer with the highest level of service and respect.
